Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience at a top law firm, in-house legal department, and/or patent transactions entity.
  • In-depth experience independently managing complex, multi-party IP disputes and transactions, both in litigation and outside of litigation.
  • Deep knowledge of patent license and other IP transactions agreement principles.
  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with and knowledge of stakeholders in the patent monetization space, including pools, aggregators, brokers, and litigation funders.
  • Experience managing cross-border IP issues.
  • Ability to advise and coordinate with all types of business, legal, and engineering clients in an unstructured environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Good judgment and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of working independently and taking ownership.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $221,600 and $333,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
