Required Qualifications
Master or PhD. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent experience
proven experience in applied research, with 3+ years in advertising technology
Strong track record of leading and delivering impactful machine learning projects
Experience with large-scale machine learning systems and advertising platforms
Excellence in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
Experience with real-time bidding systems and programmatic advertising
Deep understanding of recommendation systems and personalization
Publication record in top-tier conferences (KDD, WWW, SIGIR, etc.)
Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics
Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior partners
