Professional Background:

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a sales related role (inbound or outbound), with a strong interest in building a career in sales.

  • Proven track record in leadgeneration, prospectingefforts to new markets using market research and data analysis, cold calling and developing sales pipelines.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives.

  • Product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and address prospect objections.

Core Skills & Attributes:

  • Proficiency inGerman/English/Polishwith excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly driven and goal oriented with a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in handling objections and maintaining effective follow ups.

  • Quick to learn and able to understand technical products and solutions efficiently.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to operate within the F5 CRM System and other sales tools. Proficient with using the BDR specific tech stack such as Salesforce.

  • Comfortable using sales tools like LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Outreach.io,or Groove.
