Professional Background:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a sales related role (inbound or outbound), with a strong interest in building a career in sales.
Proven track record in leadgeneration, prospectingefforts to new markets using market research and data analysis, cold calling and developing sales pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or surpass sales objectives.
Product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions and address prospect objections.

Proficiency inGerman/English/Polishwith excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly driven and goal oriented with a proactive mindset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in handling objections and maintaining effective follow ups.
Quick to learn and able to understand technical products and solutions efficiently.
Technical Skills:
Ability to operate within the F5 CRM System and other sales tools. Proficient with using the BDR specific tech stack such as Salesforce.
Comfortable using sales tools like LinkedIn SalesNavigator, Outreach.io,or Groove.
