Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working with cross functional domains and technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience creating product strategies, defining product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, and setting product vision.

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Masters in Science or Engineering, Data Science, Research, Computer Science, or related field AND AI/ML expertise
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Product Management Framework.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Group Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset, you will play an integral role in defining and executing a new vision for AI-driven science platform development. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, scientists, and researchers to build new interfaces and product experiences, shape underlying AI capabilities that support these experiences, and foster a culture of innovation and high-craft product making.
