Key Qualifications
  • Subject Matter Expert for all things related to visual color and texture comparison and assessment
  • 5+ years of experience in developing quality plans or experience with color appearance, gloss, texture and GD&T metrology preferred
  • Knowledge of quality concepts, supplier management, and manufacturing operations including; Quality Plans, FMEA, auditing, corrective and preventative actions, sampling methodologies, and process capability
  • Proven understanding of problem-solving tools including root cause analysis and statistical process control principles
  • Understanding of project management concepts. Direct PM experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and ability to execute limit sample analysis in manufacturing settings
  • Experience with any of the following: optical coatings, plating, anodizing, resin compounding, pigmentation, textiles, dyeing or color formulation.
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience

Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
