Position Title: Senior MES Solution Engineer

Salary: $120,070 - $135,100 / Year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/Week

Summary of Duties: Review and analyze project specifications, user requirements, and project-specific

documents to establish Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project scope of work and timeline. Lead project specific technical and functional discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Own the MES project delivery from a technical and functional perspective. Work independently and lead as and when required for design, development, testing, validation, and deployment of the full scope of MES project. Analyze IT infrastructure requirements. Perform and lead installation and configuration of MES. Design, test, and validate MES and Simatic Batch library objects for various pharmaceutical processes as per the project requirements. Analyze, design, and develop the customization functions like customer applications, scripts, and interfaces a per the project requirements. Perform integration of various hardware components (Printers, scales, scanners) and external third-party systems like SAP, LIMS, QMS, etc. Perform commissioning and start-up of manufacturing site with extended manufacturing support. Create, review, and approve GMP validation documentation for project execution and Computer System Validation (CSV). 30% Domestic travel required. Full-time remote work permitted.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical

Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience

in the job offered, or as a MES Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Project
Engineer, or an acceptable alternate occupation. The position requires two (2) years

of experience with the following skills: Opcenter Execution; Pharma Programming Skills, such as C++, C#, SQL, and Oracle; Project execution methodologies; Pharma Domain experience; and Training experience. The position requires one (1) year of experience with Simatic PCS 7 Batch. 30% Domestic travel required. Full-time remote work permitted.
