Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing production software issues, developing monitoring solutions, performing software maintenance and configuration, implementing the fix for internally developed code (Python, Java, etc), performing SQL queries, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges. Responsibilities also include working alongside development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects, updating/enhancing our current software, automation of support processes and documentation of our systems.

- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience scripting in modern program languages

- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
