Management Advisor, Transformation Execution, Project Portfolio Management (Manager)(Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Richmond, VA.


Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Business, Social/Organizational Science, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, Business, Social/Organizational Science or a related field, plus 4 years of experience.Must have 2 years of professional services client facing consulting experience, of which at least 1 year of experience must be with a large multinational consulting firm.Must have 3 years of solution design experience, including analyzing needs, evaluating options, selecting the final design and validating the solution against the original needs.Must have 2 years of experience in designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar organizational governance structure involving multiple, related projects.Must have 2 years of experience implementing governance structures for complex programs, portfolios or organizations - including definition of ownership, accountability roles and responsibilities, decision making frameworks, gate approval process, program or organizational wide communications, and formalized and standard governance.Must have at least 1 year of experience as Workstream Lead on end-to-end PPM implementations using Planview, Clarity, Niku HP, Primavera or MS Project Server, or a similar leading edge market standard PPM enabling platform.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
