Job Summary: As a Transaction Processing Specialist in Market Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of transaction management for clients are completed on time. You will resolve exceptions and client inquiries efficiently, providing subject matter expertise to clients. Your role will also involve managing daily processing tasks, remediation activities, and driving process improvement and automation.
Job Responsibilities:
Execute assigned tasks with precision and efficiency.
Lead initiatives for process improvement and automation.
Manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain a control mindset, being alert to issues and risks impacting processes or the organization.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Preferred experience in middle or back office operations.
Understanding of the financial services industry, products, and processes.
Strong analytical skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities, attention to detail, and accuracy.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Excellent client focus and customer care practices.
Ability to drive results through effective communication, influence, and interactions.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
