- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical sourcing and supply chain management.
- 10 years of professional experience in hardware or business operations.
- Experience managing and negotiating with Contract Manufacturers (CM).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA.
- Experience developing, presenting, and getting buy-in for innovation/strategy/process business case and launching in a complex, large-scale, multi-team environment.
- Proven ability to build and lead high performing Sourcing & Procurement teams, with a strong track record of change management success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups and craft compelling messages.
- Proven negotiator with track record of establishing successful executive level supplier partnerships.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed (< 20% of the time).
