Responsibilities:

  • Work in tandem with the project manager and maintain an overarching view of the entire transformation plan, helping to steer it as needed.
  • Develop and execute change management strategy and plan.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategy and plan.
  • Develop and execute communication strategy and plan.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify, understand, and address the interests, influence, and expectations of stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and implementation of changes.
  • Performchangeimpact analysis to identify the effects of changes on various aspects of the organization and determine the necessary actions to mitigate negative impacts and support successful implementation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change actions/ initiatives.
  • Organize creative activities to support change initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance and risks associated with changes.
  • Understand change management framework/ methodology related to software implementation lifecycle, especially SAP
  • Develop and execute training strategy and plan which include training need analysis and training support.
  • Guide and assist leadership teams in managing changes with confidence and ease.
  • Create supporting documentation and reports for change projects.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Creative Thinking: Demonstrate creative thinking and innovative approaches in organizing activities and engaging stakeholders to support successful change management.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in identifying and managing stakeholders, including handling various interests and building strong relationships.
  • Project Management: Familiar with project management methodologies and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Training and Development: Experience in developing and delivering training programs and supporting users in adopting new systems.

Requirements:

  • Thai native speaker only
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administrationor a related field.
  • Preferably 4-7 years of experience in change management, preferably within an SAP environment.
  • Experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and transformation projects.
  • Certifications such as PROSCI Change Management, Kotter’s Change Management, or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the ADKAR model and other change management frameworks.
