- Assist in the development of recommendations and implementation plans and assist in making quality decisions in complex areas.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Either:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field; or
- a diploma in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of relevant tax/ accounting experience; or
- equivalent experience in business or industry
- A passionate interest in developing their Canadian income tax knowledge
- A desire to work in an environment with learning opportunities on a daily basis
- Exceptional PC proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent managerial, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
- The ability to manage time spent against budget and work alongside team members to ensure the timely completion of exceptional client service

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $45,000 to $72,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
