Your key responsibilities


Onboarding and Offboarding Management:
• Oversee and verify employee data within our HR system, maintaining accuracy and integrity
• Create and manage employee files, ensuring personal data is always up to date
• Ensure all necessary administrative documents, such as diplomas and visas, are in order
• Facilitate and monitor mentorship programs, fostering growth and collaboration
• Order and deliver essential equipment for newcomers, setting them up for success
• Administer the probationary period process, providing support and guidance
• Handle various employment transitions, including resignations, retirements, terminations, with professionalism & care
• Track and evaluate internship assessments, contributing to the development of future talent
• Manage the offboarding process, ensuring a respectful and organized exit for departing employees

Administrative Management:
• Manage welcome and mutual insurance files to provide employees with the support they need from the start
• Handle long-term absences efficiently to ensure team continuity
• Track visa statuses to ensure compliance for our international team members
• Oversee employee medical visits, focusing on health and well-being
• Process family event leave requests to help maintain work-life balance
• Act as a reliable point of contact for employee questions, promoting clear communication in the workplace


Skills and attributes for success


• You are fluent in French language (written and oral)
• You have a good English knowledge (written and oral) at least B2 level
• You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• You are detail oriented and eager to analyse and solve complex process cases
• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
• You are a good team player and can organize teamwork
• You are strong and highly motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• You have exceptional customer service skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality
• You are strong and highly motivated work ethic and ability to perform well prioritized tasks in a fast-paced environment.
