To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
- Typically, no less than 12 years relevant experience. Proficient in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
- A proven track record of at least 3-4 full end-to-end implementations in complex or union environments.
- Proven experience leading multiple global SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll projects, including managing time evaluation solutions, data replication from SuccessFactors Employee Central to Payroll, and deploying of SAP Payroll Control Center.
- A SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
- Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
- Knowledgeable in project or program value, finance, and quality management.
- Competence in project or program resource management.
- Understanding of the technology landscape.
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
