Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in cost or budget estimation, sourcing, or should cost modeling in a manufacturing or consumer electronics environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in supply chain program management, in a consumer technology or manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with system implementation and change management, and familiarity with cost simulation software and tools.
- Strong presentation skills with experience presenting in front of executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different levels and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes of cost issues.
