Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field along with strong relevant industry experience.
Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and computational mechanics.
Expertise in at least one FEA software package: ANSYS, ANSA, Abaqus and or related software.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and electromagnetics.
Experience with a variety of material models.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation and data analysis. Strong preference for Python.
Significant experience with FEA software APIs for model creation, customization, and workflow automation.
Experience with integrating different software tools and databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with consumer electronics product development is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and design of experiments (DOE) is a plus.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing simulation scripts and models is a plus.
Experience with machine learning concepts and libraries is a plus.
