Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Overall 10+ years of proven IT experience – preferably over a breadth of Development experience in various technologies.
• Proven exposure to Scrum / Kanban methodologies. Understanding of Agile practices.
• Tooling experience of Jira, GitHub for Project Management.
• Awareness of Automation tooling & scripting – Jenkins, SPS, Python, Selenium etc
• Prior experience / Proficiency in at least one of Java, .net or React like UI framework.
• Experience in SQL, Databases is a must.
• Experience in Cloud service ( IBM Cloud ) or any hyper-scalar is preferred.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Exposure to migrating large scale systems across platforms or technologies.
• Exposure to infusing AI into traditional offerings.
