Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the collection of data and completion of required forms for informal cases and formal applications/forms
- Monitoring the status of pending cases; following up with back-office partners and carriers, as needed
- Submitting application packets through JP Morgan Operations and Central Supervision Review
- Perform account maintenance tasks including Initiate Requests, Policy Holder Services etc.
- May engage with clients and Advisors to remediate onboarding/maintenance issues
- Produce and request product quotes and illustrations
- Serve as a point of escalation for remediation of outstanding items needed in processing of in-flight business
- Analyze and leverage business data to support the growth of the business and produce reported as needed
- Complete ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work independently while competently handling multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced high pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant industry experience
