Your key responsibilities
Collaborate with EY leadership and client teams to plan, design, and deliver solutions for complex business challenges, integrating strategy, operating models, experience design, and execution.
Lead process mapping and reengineering initiatives to identify inefficiencies and design optimized workflows.
Contribute to the design of customer experience strategies that enhance engagement and create measurable business value.
Drive project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned with client priorities.
Support development of scalable digital solutions and innovative approaches to client issues.
Participate in business development, including client pitches and proposals.
Build strong client relationships, manage expectations, and provide insights on industry trends and performance drivers.
Stay current on digital transformation tools, consulting methodologies, and sector developments.

What we look for
A Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, Design Innovation or a related field. A Master's degree would be considered an asset
Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Design, Scrum (DAVSC, DAC, or equivalent) are highly preferred
5-7 years of proven experience in project management, business analysis, process reengineering or process design, innovation and/or transformation consulting
Sector experience in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil & gas will be considered an asset
Ability to interpret complex business data to identify issues and develop solutions.
Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills
