Your Role:

As an Engineering Team Lead (Network), your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a diverse team of engineers across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Define and implement engineering standards and best practices throughout the development, testing, and operations phases.
• Pioneer the adoption of efficient CI/CD pipelines and quality gates, driving business value through technological advancements.
• Design and execute modern "Infrastructure as Code" deployments, automating processes to enhance team productivity and focus on delivering business value.
• Identify opportunities for knowledge sharing and the adoption of new technical approaches, promoting personal and professional growth within the team.
• Collaborate closely with architecture to align design and implementation with our business objectives.
• Facilitate a growth mindset within the team, embracing new ways of working and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the team's adherence to technical KPIs, ensuring transparency and high standards in code quality, security, and management of technical debt.
• Escalation Support of Network Production systems 24/7 .

Your Skills:

We are looking for a candidate who:

• You have 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering, QA, or DevOps, including leadership roles.
• You are naturally self-driven with a proven track record of managing high-performing, customer-focused teams.
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate both non-technical and technical requirements effectively In English.
• You are innovative and enthusiastic about teaching and continuous learning, with a detailed understanding of IT delivery processes (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Lean, Scrum).
• You have strong operational support experience, managing large-scale environments with confidence in a changing landscape.
• You Demonstrates expertise in refactoring large applications and legacy systems, with a passion for excellence.
• You have Knowledge and experience working with products like: Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortigate, F5, Wan Routing protocols BGP and VRF, VMWARE NSX, vxlan topology, Microsoft Radius, Direct Connect.
• You have experience with Monitoring equipment PRTG, Cacti, LogInsight, ManagEngine
• You have Troubleshooting skills for the above equipment as well as strong knowledge of on Premises Data Center and AWS cloud networking

You have a major advantage if:

• You have strong experience in the Betting & Gaming, Retail, or Banking sector, and a passion for Sport.
• You possess knowledge of IT Security, including PCI-DSS and other data protection laws.
• You are familiar with cloud-based best practices and how they impact infrastructure and network design.
