Placement Team Role Description – Workplace Solutions Implementations Analyst

Being a Implementations Analyst within JP Morgan is an exciting and challenging role where no two days are the same! You will become an expert in client service and implementation, which will open up a world of career opportunities to you. You’ll work with a fantastic team and have the opportunity to engage with people globally on a daily basis. There’s a lot of new terminology to get to grips with, but don’t worry, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing a portfolio of Companies operating employee share plans within a team framework
  2. Interact with customers/clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program.
  3. Execute the timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving.
  4. Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client companies’ program(s) to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
  5. Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
  6. Implement projects to enhance business operations.
  7. Act as a point of contact for Client Accounts during the implementation phase.
  8. Create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners.
  9. Identify innovative client solutions.
  10. Supporting internal activity.


Key Skills / Experience

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills require
  3. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  4. Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active
  5. Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines



Programme Overview


The placement programme aims to:
* Aid your transition from a military world to a corporate one
* Provide the opportunity to gain exposure into financial services
* Strengthen your CV to assist in future career searching
* Provide you with an opportunity to build a network within J.P. Morgan

Programme structure


* Duration of 6 months (with the possibility to extend)
* A central tenet of the program is a structured approach to your learning and development, you will be given the opportunity to develop yourself through an agreed framework of activities
* You’ll be assigned a buddy and a mentor
* Receive regular appraisals from your manager and HR
* Networking opportunities through events and socials
* The programme offers a competitive compensation package

Selection Criteria


* Show evidence of achievement, self-motivation and adaptability to new environments
* To have served full-time in the military/played professional sport for a minimum of 3 years and cannot have been out of the military/professional sport for more than 2 years by the programme start date
* Demonstrate academic aptitude and self-improvement through further learning or professional qualifications (i.e IMC, Prince2, Agile, GPM, CFA etc.)
* Successful candidates will have a basic understanding of Financial Services
* Available to start work October 2024
* Have the right to work in Ireland
