Job Title: SDC Digital Engineering Operations and Service Delivery – Service Delivery Analyst
As a Technology Analyst, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Review and resolve escalated tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring timely and effective solutions for L2 and L3 support issues.
- Monitor and analyze logs in Datadog to identify performance issues and troubleshoot incidents.
- Utilize Bugsnag to track and resolve application errors, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with project build teams to recommend and implement code fixes for complex problems.
- Use OpsGenie to manage incident responses and ensure that alerts are addressed promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members via Slack to facilitate quick resolution of issues and share updates.
- Create root cause analyses and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address high-severity issues, providing critical support as needed.
- Jira – Ability to create tickets for socialization with Technical Product Owners and Development Teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in technology software development
- Strong experience in Java 17, Spring Boot, and microservices is required; familiarity with mobile development (Kotlin, iOS, Android) is a significant plus.
- Proficient debugging skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently at both L2 and L3 levels, including experience with Bugsnag for error tracking.
- Candidates located in Atlanta area are highly preferred, with additional consideration for team members on the West Coast to enhance coverage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to project success.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience in client interaction and stakeholder management.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $52,200 to $86,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $62,600 to $97,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
