As an IT Cloud Infrastructure Intern at SAP NS2, you will provide a variety of administrative support to the NS2Cloud Architecture organization. Work closely with program manager to support NS2 Cloud initiatives. Aid in the design of tools and processes to support team member collaboration, collect project data and prepare go-live communications. Participate in special projects, as required.
Job Description:
May create, review, deliver, and update end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy
May create, review deliver, and update documentation related to architecture and security
Provides input on processes, procedures, or new approaches
Perform key Recordkeeping functions
Perform work independently within scope of established guidelines and according to specific procedures
Assist Supervisors in handling and resolving issues involving all operational and various IT areas
Complete system testing for Change Control enhancements
Maintain clear and effective communications with immediate colleagues and Management
Adhere to internal procedures and best practices at all times
Project Management (Work streams including Change and Implementation, Technology)
Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements throughout project life cycle up to and through change control
Assist with basic hands-on data center operations
Preferred Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Past knowledge and experience with data network and IT security related items, including managing and installing patches to servers
Education Requirements
Must be obtaining college credited degree or be a recent college graduate
