How will you make an impact?
- Partner with the Client Training team to establish best practices for training processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, focusing on optimizing product training effectiveness for client success.
- Own and manage operational processes, staffing, metrics, and business updates for the L&D function, with a specific focus on metrics related to product training ROI and P&L impact.
- Set performance goals, hold team members accountable, and provide ongoing support.
Have you got what it takes?
- 18+ years of industry experience in Learning & Development (L&D), with a focus on product training and workforce development
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global or multinational organizations, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Provide expert guidance and support in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge training modules tailored to industry demands, with a focus on both SaaS and OnPrem products.
- Deliver engaging presentations and training sessions for a diverse audience, including global employees, end-users, and clients.
- Lead and develop a team of specialists, including Training leaders and Trainers, by setting clear operational and people-related goals and holding them accountable.
