Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in product design or UX design with a focus on mobile first experiences, specifically Android.
- Experience implementing design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UX or product teams (e.g., Motion, Interaction, UX Research, Engineering, UX Writer) on technical implementation in a product life cycle.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

- Excellent problem-solving and people management skills, with the ability to build good working relationships.
