Your key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Mobile Platform Engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the Mobile Analytics and Reporting function, ensuring data-driven decision-making and insights that enhance mobile solutions.
- Manage the Mobile Productivity Application team, driving the development and implementation of user-centric mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technical Leads to align project goals and execution.
- Provide strategic input to the Mobile Roadmap and actively participate in its realization.
- Ensure that all mobile products and services meet quality and security standards.
- Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that exceed the capabilities of the support organization.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and customers across the globe.
- Work with colleagues and customers all over the globe, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones.

- Vendor Management: Ability to manage strategic vendors, such as Microsoft, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective service delivery.

- Cross-Cultural Awareness: Awareness of and sensitivity to cross-cultural dynamics, enabling effective collaboration with global teams and clients.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Mobile Device and Application Management with a thorough understanding of its design and architecture.
- Experience in leading an Engineering team
- Proven experience in mobile platform engineering or a related field.
- Solution oriented mindset with the capability to design and implement creative Mobile solutions and the ability to suggest and implement solutions that meet EY’s requirements
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- In depth understanding of mobile technologies and security protocols, particularly within an Intune-based environment.
- Experience with iOS and Android operating systems.
- Ability to operate proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to suggesting and implementing new ideas.
- Ability to explain very technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work UK working hours

- Experience in managing and supporting large mobile environments.
