Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Experience with Android Operating System (OS) or other OS.
- Experience in software development on silicon platforms characterizing power/performance and thermal.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Knowledge of the impact of software and architectural design decisions on power and thermal behavior of the system (e.g., System/SoC or IP Power state management and scheduling, cross-layer policy design).
- Knowledge of system software components such as Linux, device drivers, and runtime.
