About the Role

In the role of Manager, FRM PMO, you will be responsible for high quality and efficient execution of program management activities supporting the larger FRM team efforts related to SOX and internal controls. You will collaborate with counterparts in the US and partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to play a key role in the success of the overall FRM PMO’s program management strategy.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with other FRM (PMO) team members to support FRM’s overall program management strategy
• Oversight over the FRM PMO support team located in India
• Drive program management activities with the FRM team located in India
• Develop and implement a data governance monitoring strategy
• Contribute to the FRM PMO program strategy
• Collaborate with the Internal Audit team and internal stakeholders to track audit report impact
• Liaison with the FRM PMO US team on maintenance and building out of AuditBoard modules, including the Ops and SOX modules
• Prepare management reports and maintain dashboards
• Other program management activities, such as monitoring and periodically track metrics, contract management and budget-to-actuals management

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in relevant areas, including program management, internal audit, controls, compliance, consulting and/or risk management
• Proficient with MSOffice

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong organization skills with an ability to plan and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem identification and solving skills
• Experience with utilizing and customizing AuditBoard
• Experience with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA or equivalent
• Big4 experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in environments of uncertainty
