Responsibilities-

  • Understand business needs in planning, budgeting, consolidation, etc., and translate them into automation plans using EPM tools like Anaplan, SAC, SAP Group Reporting, etc.
  • Work with technical teams to integrate systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across platforms for seamless financial reporting and analysis.
  • Well-versed in financial reporting standards and regulations. Ensure that EPM processes adhere to these standards, enabling accurate and compliant financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate systems with other financial systems and databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy across platforms, enabling seamless financial reporting and analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) within EPM systems. Design dashboards and reports to track KPIs and monitor organizational performance against strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the financial consolidation process within EPM systems for multi-entity organizations. They ensure accurate consolidation of financial data, elimination of intercompany transactions, and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform variance analysis to understand the key drivers of the results and provide commentary explaining changes from prior forecasts/budgets.
  • Design, build, manage and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for various undergoing projects and system implementation.

    Requirements and skills-

  • Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Must possess 0-6 months of relevant experience.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
  • Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams
  • Strong analytical skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
