RQ & Service Project Opportunities outside of the existing customer base and Identify & support sales of service contracts to new customers

Proven experience in technical sales or a related field

Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems products and solutions

Experience in the building management systems industry

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

Technical certifications or advanced degree related to building automation

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
