Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience with SoC/IP architecture and validation, embedded silicon software, system definition and implementation
- 8 years of experience in people management developing employees
- Experience with SoC product life-cycle, tools, processes, and operations planning
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience and knowledge of Linux, Android, performance, and power optimization
- Knowledge of interaction types between hardware and software for different types of standard hardware blocks, CPU, and accelerators
- Independent and resourceful team lead who loves problem-solving
