Senior Associate, Direct Recoveries Marketing (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include campaign recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines.

Write clear and concise test documents and test plans.

Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience

• At least 2 years in brand strategy, product or digital marketing with experience in managing multiple channels on agency or client-side

• At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs

• At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Communications

• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing Financial Services

• Is a collaborative team player, able to effectively communicate with their team and partners as well as leadership and stakeholders with a tailored approach for all

• Has an ‘ownership mindset’ - a belief system that a person has accountability for the quality and outcome of their work

McLean, VA: $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Associate, Marketing Richmond, VA: $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Associate, MarketingThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
