Your Responsibilities:

• Works on the regular machinery (mechanical orelectrical/electronicwork), carry out preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Optimize the lifecycle of maintenance parts and reduce costs.
• Improve machine availability and reduce breakdown, responsible for reliability of machinery.
• Advise in maintenance approach and update maintenance plan to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Raise maintenance request as and when informed about any issue.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams, inform and keep good relations.
• Work closely with Engineers to make adjustments, upgrades, and improvements on automated equipment.
• Repairing or replacing any necessary components, such as a sensor or electrical wiring and implementing solutions that will prevent the problems from recurring.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.

• High School Diploma/GED and a technical certificate in a technical field (required)
• 4+ years’ experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated equipment.
• Strong math and analytic skills to understand automated systems and isolate problems.
• Proficient with various instruments and hand tools, such as electrical multimeters
• Knowledge of materials and fabrication utilizing mills, lathe, drill press, welding, soldering, and cutting equipment
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
