What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Asset Manager sales growth across the APAC region.
  • Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure distribution licenses are accurately priced and aligned with Unity’s objectives.
  • Lead sales in customer-facing meetings to uncover use cases where Unity Asset Manager creates competitive advantage or operational efficiencies for Customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offering and roadmap and increase Customer value.
  • Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and our Customers.
What we're looking for
  • Senior-level experience in Product sales/pre-sales, with a proven track record in the software / SaaS / cloud infrastructure industry.
  • Expertise in complex deal structures, enterprise contracting, and negotiation in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese to collaborate across internal departments, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance and external customers.
  • Strategic mindset with a history of developing and executing successful Go-to-Market Strategy.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management software, PLM/PDM and cloud-based enterprise collaboration software is highly preferred.
