Responsible for administrating and maintaining various infrastructure systems: Kubernetes, Artifactory, Jenkins, Chef, Consul, Haproxy, DNS, CDNs and more.
Build and maintain Cloud infrastructure environments, tools and pipelines
Provide self-serve tools for configuration management, CI automation and Infrastructure as Code for both our private and public cloud environments.
Manage the base Linux OS configuration over 8000 servers and multiple types of systems and services.
Build and maintain API backends.
Continuously improve Outbrain’s infrastructure, ensuring its performance, scalability, high availability and observability.

What you’ll Bring:
At least 4 years of proven experience in a production environment as an SRE/Production/Devops engineer with strong troubleshooting skills.
At least 4 years of experience with Linux based OS administration and Bash scripting. experience with Docker and Kubernetes in large scale environments, on prem and cloud
Experience in automating deployments using configuration and deployment management tools such as Chef, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform or others.
Coding skills in one of the following: Python, Ruby or other languages.
Experience using version control tools such as Git.
Solid understanding of common Internet protocols such as: HTTP, DNS, SSL - an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills, out of the box thinker, independence, accountability and proactivity.
Interest in the interaction between systems, bottlenecks and scale.
