Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Exposure to Azure Data Explorer / Kusto Query Language / Machine Learning algorithms.
• Experience in Software/Data Engineering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tooling/ecosystem are a plus.

• Develops and works with Senior Data Scientists on projects to align with business needs and deliver value.
• Contributes to the development and application of frameworks and best practices for scalable and ethical solutions.
• Works closely with Senior Data Scientists and Data Engineers to deploy models that drive SMB M365 business.
• Leverage telemetry and monitoring to provide insights.
• Follow data modeling and handling procedures to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and policies across your assigned workstreams.
• Performs analysis on A/B testing.
• Design and develop data pipelines and queries to automate the extraction, transformation, and loading of data, ensuring scalability, reliability, and data quality.
