Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in finance / business and/or product planning. Experience in supply chain, related business modeling, profit & loss (P&L) management, and inventory management preferred.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Finance and supply chain tools and processes a definite plus.
  • Proficiency on MS Excel and SAP
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating effective internal business partnerships
  • Ability to independently lead teams and execute on functional responsibilities with minimal guidance and oversight

Responsibilities
  • Provide finance business partnership to respective supply chain functions such as sourcing, inventory planning, freight and logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Provide key drivers through monthly management reporting, influence business decisions with insights and recommendations, drive ownership and accountability with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Advise upper management on the financial impact of various alternatives and recommend preferred course of action to drive strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams of accounting, supply chain, operations, and engineering functions to align supply chain objectives and initiatives with the overall business goals and vision.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and risk mitigation across the supply chain network.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the supply chain operations, such as rates performance, inventory balance and supply, return on investment etc.
  • Own the financial reporting/planning/budgeting/forecasting and analysis processes of respective finance areas.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and process excellence, simplify and automate processes, systems and tools in respective areas.
