Role and Responsibilities

In this role, the Platform Solutions Partner will gain a deep understanding of the full Ad Platforms stack along with several accounts in a category/vertical.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for clients helping them navigate Samsung’s Ads Manager platform, helping define tailored advertising strategies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with their key business objectives providing support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Understand client goals: Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client business objectives, advertising strategies, and helping client make informed decisions to maximize ROI.
  • Upselling: Promote new Samsung’s Ads Manager product features growing client’s revenue on platform to highest potential
  • Consultative Support: help dedicated clients get the most out of Samsung Ads Manager, offering best practices, campaign optimization tips, and strategic recommendations to improve ad performance.
  • Deep understanding of Samsung Ads Manager advertising products and analytics tools. A focus on teaching SMBs how to use the platform effectively is key.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, a background in sales, or Ops with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of the video and connected TV media ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, strong customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
