- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 4 years of experience with internal or organizational communications.
- Experience working with executives to develop communications, including written and speaking engagements.

- Excellent writer who captures the authentic leadership voice in written communications and helps shape the internal communications narrative effectively via range of methods.
