Your responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor less experienced staff
- Use relevant Structural/Bridges design software
- Develop networks with global technology leaders for Bridges
- Ensure that quality control plans are followed, incorporation of health and safety into design
- Leading and delivering bridges design, project documentations including reports and contract documents for various design stages like: feasibility studies, tenders designs, detailed designs etc.
- Tracking of project programs and delivery dates
- Undertaking technical reviews and checking
- Liaising with contractors and clients, both external and internal
- Assistance to others with bidding (technical)
- Deliver projects in English
