What you’ll achieve
As a, you’ll oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate achievements to key partners, working with mid to large sized projects and recommending techniques and practices that ensure business goals.
You will:
- Engage and influence global cross-functional teams
- Create and maintain project plans/schedules and engineering bill of materials (BOM)
- Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule
- Allocate work among team members and provide guidance on a regular basis
- Ensure all project documentation is kept up-to-date as well as communicate regular updates to relevant stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience (5 – 8 years) in project/team management with the ability to lead risks and project decisions
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and develop partnerships outside of the organization
- Expertise to identify improvements to existing workflows and results
Desirable Requirements:
- Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
- Prior experience leading small to medium teams, working on customer experience initiatives, and/or improving the overall customer experience
