Key job responsibilities
As a Salesforce Admin on the Amazon Studios team, you will architect, design, configure and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Amazon MGM & Studios Sales, Licensing team in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders across the enterprise. You will simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve customer experiences. You will technically lead a complex charter of building and delivering cloud services and CRM solutions. You will jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to the Amazon and AWS enterprise.
Additionally, you will define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and internal Amazon environments, bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools, services
- 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 2+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
