Manager - DC, Pensions, Actuarial
With trustees and corporates, we support on DC strategy, governance, benefit design and procurement (amongst other areas).
Your key responsibilities:
- Win new clients and opportunities within the DC space
- Lead and oversee strategic projects with clients
- Lead thought leadership in relation to DC
- Building relationships with clients, prospects and internal EY teams
- Expert on DC pensions
- Business development
- Work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning culture and coach and counsel junior team members.
- Help develop and grow our proposition in the DC market
- Leading client meetings / projects as the most senior individual
- Developing creative solutions to client problems

To qualify for the role you must have:
- Excellent knowledge of the DC pensions market across workplace and retail
- Excellent knowledge of DC operations
- Ability to win new relationships
- Proven track record in developing thought leadership in DC
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and concurrently
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to lead a team, openly sharing information and expertise, demonstrate initiative and build good working relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Desire to not only deliver projects but shape EY’s proposition and enhance our market reputation
- Strong commercial awareness
- Be a self-starter who is comfortable in ambiguous situations and creative in finding solutions
