Your key responsibilities
Define the vision for the product, setting the direction and goals to build reliable, resilient and future adaptive Gen AI applications/ deployable solutions.
Incubate new features and products: You will incubate new and exciting features and products with customers and ensure readiness through repeatable and scalable processes.
Identify user problems, customer needs and our competitive landscape
Prioritize customer requests and long-term platform goals
Establish the feedback loop between our customer-facing and engineering teams - to gather customer feedback, prioritize feedback, scope releases and ensure launches go smoothly
Communicate product vision and priorities to stakeholders, team members, and executives.
Metrics to measure success: define what success looks like and analyze leading metrics to ensure we set measurable goals and meet them.
Soft Skills:
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering AND up to 3 years of experience in product/service/project/program management Or software development OR equivalent experience.
Excellent communication skills
Ideally you’ll also have
Has worked for small, growing startups
Deeply curious, a fast learner and an experimental mindset about the futuristic applications of AI in Tech– eager to understand the technology behind new products, conduct your own academic & competitive research.
Familiarity with AI model development, machine learning algorithms, and cloud technologies to drive business growth or improve operational efficiency
User-centred, empathetic, and an intuitive understanding of what makes a great user experience
