What you'll do:

• Have the unique opportunity todesign, develop, and deploy ‌AI/ML-driven intelligent agents for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and SAP HANA Cloud Operations use cases. Utilize Python, Shell to automate workflows, optimize system performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyze root causes of system alerts‌, build automated remediation workflows, and improve incident response accuracy through data-driven insights. Drive innovation to minimize downtime and strengthen cloud infrastructure resilience.
• Design Unit test and E2E test to ensure high code quality during development.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Candidates to currently be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or master’s degree program which is applicable to the position (computer science or equivalent proven experience)
• Can work 4-5days a week for at least 6 months duration
• Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, SQL
• Good knowledge in database architecture and software design principles
• Strong communication skills that include the ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams across various geographies
• Preferred experience: familiarity with ML, docker, Redis, CI/CD tools using Jenkins, Github.

Intelligent Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is dedicated to maintaining the continuous operation and design automatic process applications for QA Infrastructure. This includes monitoring and alerting on issues, as well as mitigating these issues with sustainable solutions. This is particuarly critical fort he seamless operation of automated CI/CD pipelines, parallel testing, and continuous delivery for HANA database and applications.
