Key job responsibilities
Every day brings new and exciting challenges on the job while you:- Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity
- Consult with a range of partners from developers through to C-suite executives
- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, detailed prelaunch planning
- Being part of a wider Enterprise Support team you’ll provide post-sales, consultative expertiseAs we continue to expand in AUS, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical, consulting and leadership skills. You’ll work with talented cloud technologists whilst expanding your knowledge of AWS products. You’ll also have the chance to receive mentorship and gain AWS certifications.A day in the life
Our Technical Account Managers engage rising startups building their business from scratch, through to large enterprises going through significant transformation. You’ll provide advice on architecture, support strategy, projects, launch planning as well as stabilisation and operational issues. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate and present to small and large audiences.
