Business Analysis & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
• Leverage data and insights to influence and drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop and present compelling analyses to support initiatives across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Track key business metrics and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business, translating them into actionable insights.
• Help the Analytics & Data Science team translate big business questions into effective dashboards, insights, and data solutions.
• Apply outside-in perspectives and thought leadershipto ensure decisions are forward-thinking and aligned with industry trends.

Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them navigate data and business insights.
• Partner with leaders across the organisation to align business goals with data-driven strategies.
• Ensure that teams across the entire customer lifecycle have access to relevant and meaningful data.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, adjusting messaging for different audiences.
• Work across global teams, spanning multiple time zones and geographies, to ensure alignment and impact.

Communication & Presentation

• Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.
• Develop clear, concise, and visually impactful reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Translate complex data findings into business-friendly insights that drive action.

Data & Analytical Tools

• Perform advanced analysis in Excel, including data modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Work with raw data to clean, structure, and analyse information for decision-making.
• While Tableau and other BI tools are useful, expertise in these tools is not required.

AI & Productivity Enhancement

• Leverage AI and GenAI tools to enhance individual and company-wide productivity.
• Identify opportunities where AI-driven automation and insights can improve decision-making and business efficiency.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies relevant to business analysis.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experiencein business analysis, strategy, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Strong analytical mindsetwith the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proven experience using data to influence decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Brings outside-in perspectives and thought leadership to shape business decisions and strategy.
• Highly motivatedto make a difference and shape decision-making for complex business challenges.
• Experience working in a global organisation, collaborating across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to engage effectively withVPs, directors, and ICs.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel(pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modelling, etc.).
• Ability to work across the full customer lifecycle, from R&D and Marketing to Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• A great team player, helping colleagues translate business problems into actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) tools to drive productivity and business efficiency.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is beneficial but not required.
