Your role:

• Conduct Reliability tracking and lead root cause failure analysis for assigned products

•Lead Development Teams through DFMEA and Risk Reduction activities

• Specify and lead Reliability and Product Qualification Tests for design projects

• Report on product field reliability and results from project qualification testing

• Provide data and reports for the successful completion of reliability deliverables into our Product Development Process

You're the right fit if:

• BS in Engineering and 3 or more years of experience
• Knowledge and experience with statistical concepts and analysis
• ASQ certified CRE and or CQE, Black Belt (or CQET)is desirable-Education
• Demonstrated strong hands-on laboratory skills with the ability to utilize test and measurement equipment
• Knowledge of reliability fundamentals and basic understanding of reliability analysis (i.e.- life predictions, product life modeling and distributions, root cause analysis, Design-of-Experiments, environmental testing, accelerated testing, HALT, HASS, etc.)
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
