Your key responsibilities:

• Participation in conducting salary surveys and support senior team members throughout all stages of the survey process
• Engage in client communication through phone, email, and meetings
• Prepare presentations, agreements, and other necessary documentation
• Assisting in data collection and analysis
• Contribute to the preparation of analytical reports
• Participation/assisting in conducting various market research projects, including data collection and analysis
• Participation/assisting in HR advisory projects
• Assisting in organization and preparation of presentations

What we look for:

• 3rd or 4th year student of Business Administration, Finance, Economics or another relevant academic major
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken Georgian and English
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, demonstrating the ability to adapt to new challenges and continuously develop skills
• Computer literacy in using Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of basics in human resources management will be a benefit
