We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to join Finance retail enablement Accounts payable Engineering team. This hands-on role requires exceptional coding skills, a passion for technology and engineering excellence, and the ability to guide and mentor a large team of engineers. You will play a pivotal role in defining and maintaining our technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain the back end applications using Java, front-end application using React JS, ensuring a high-quality user interface for finance operation users
- Integrate the application with various Walmart systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to define and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in front-end development, ensuring code quality and maintaining high standards throughout the development process.
Strong Backend Knowledge:
Proficiency in Java and experience with backend technologies.
Solid understanding of API design and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of React JS:
Understanding and experience in building front-end applications using React JS.
Ability to design and implement user interfaces that are both functional and intuitive.
Integration Skills:
Proven ability to integrate applications with multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Experience with relational databases and document DBs.
Cloud Infrastructure Experience:
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure.
Experience deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
